In https://playhearthstone.com/en-us/news/23557139 it mentions that : “* Reward XP – You can earn XP just for playing the game in most game modes. This includes Casual, Ranked, Arena, Duels, Battlegrounds, Tavern Brawls, and Adventures. Friendly Challenge variants of these modes do not give XP.”
But the fact is, I can gain zero XP from Heroic Duel games. Since in this official post it says it include Duels, and Arena mode can gain XPs(which is similar to Heroic Duel in reward mechanism), so I consider this a bug.

I get the same problem, played Duels for couple hours already (something like 20ish games in casual and 20ish games in heroic) and didn’t get a single point of xp

Same problem. No XP in heroic duels. Oddly enough, there is in casual though.

Same for me, played several games in Heroic Duels during the last few days, with no XP gain. Please fix this! Thanks!
Same here. I think there are a few threads with this title (just trying to stay up to date) but it seems like they really are taking their time fixing it XD
With the role out of China currency, and the American Holiday, I’m sure they are short handed.
I’m hoping it comes as a fix with the tavern brawl today. Because this is getting reedonk!
The bug remains in the game. Will we receive any compensation?
