The patch notes stated that the second part of the paladin questline would now upgrade duels hero powers, however in multiple games it has not upgraded Bring on recruits (the silver hand recruit hero power)

duels hero powers do not have an upgraded version, only standard hero powers have an upgraded version
Read the patch notes @codedude, its a bullet down by bug fixes

i see, they state they added interactions but then havent specified what the interactions are, so either its actually a bug or something else is going on with it.

Same problem here - I started a run before the patch, found out about the bug and waited for it to be fixed. The patch notes say it has been fixed, but the problem continues.

I am having the same issue…do Hero Powers not upgrade in duels? I was playing Paladin and the after achieving the second leg of the quest, the hero power never upgraded…
