I recently made some new decks, and (as I prefer to do) I selected a specific hero portrait for each of them. However, the game seems to keeps removing the hero I selected and reverting to the random option (seemingly after playing a game or closing and reopening the client). My old decks don’t seem to be suffering this problem.
I have tried toggling the random preference (favorite vs any) and unfavoriting hero portraits. It does seem to “remember” that preference, but the game WILL NOT “remember” if I select a specific hero portrait for any of the new decks.
This is extremely annoying, and the only forum responses I can find on the subject seem to have unhelpful information about how the randomization works without addressing the actual problem: the hero portrait shouldn’t ever be randomized if a specific portrait has been selected for the deck.
Why is this happening? Why is it only affecting the decks I made recently? This needs to be fixed.
