I started playing Hearthstone again this week and am currently in bronze I. Since I played before, I had quite a bit of dust (i believe its called) and redeemed a loaner deck for paladin, and copied some imbue paladin deck I found. HOWEVER, my brother, who is much worse at the game, much less active in the forums than me, and I am superior to in many ways (especially forum activity), who you may know as “Altair” said that I will NEVER reach platinum with this deck. I am trying to prove him wrong and prove that I am clearly the better (and more active on forums) brother, so, I want your honest opinions on whether my deck is good or not.

Unfortunately, bro, you can’t prove me wrong. I called it 13 days ago:
And this is quite rare, that a suboptimal deck of any class acts successfully as a gatekeeper against people proven to be able to hit legend with almost anything, anytime.
I think it at least shows how unbalanced Paladin as a class is at the moment, but perhaps it also tells us that top 1k don’t really have it all figured out and maybe there will be space for that deck somewhere in the future.
EDIT: It’s a semi-metabreaker, is what it is. It can’t break the meta completely because tougher decks exist in the meta which defend against its penetration, but it can at least gatekeep a few of the staple meta decks that are ill-prepared to deal with it. Nerfing DK, Rogue and the strongest Paladin deck should bring it to full light
