Your Battle.net shop for Hearthstone (https://us.shop.battle.net/en-us/family/hearthstone) has not been updated with the new Ranked changes. Your whole Wild section of the shop says “Requires Rank 25 or better to open and cannot be used in Standard”, when that is not the case, and players need to climb up Ranks 40-1 of the New Player Ranks and reach Bronze 10. So that should be changed. Some parts in-game and on the website might also need the same updating.
New players are getting confused with the requirements for the free deck and Wild and it doesn’t help when information is outdated.
