I just received a gift of 20 packs to entice me to come back to Hearthstone. The message even says that there have been a couple of changes. But when I press the ‘Play’ button on my client, the same old crash happens. I can see the start-up screen for like ten seconds and then it goes black and I get an error message that gives me the possibility to send a text file to whomever it concerns… Can someone PLEASE act on this already? My previous message was automatically locked due to it being too old. I haven’t had ANY response so far…
