I’m having this same problem, it had been happening sporadically for a few days, but now my game is crashing every time I play, and it’s not reconnecting.

Yes! It seems like if I’m near the end of a game, it disconnects me.
Yeah the game crashes on every single game after a certain amount of minutes (mid-game I’d say, I believe is around the same round every time). At first I thought it was an Internet issue on my end, but it’s clearly an error on the code after releasing the patch. Blizzard company is owned by Microsoft, crazy that they are cutting so much on coding when their market cap is almost 4 Trillon dollars at an all time high… Weird if you ask me…
Hey, Blizzard, how long do you intend to keep this crashing issue going? I’ve been playing this game for 10 years, and this kind of crashing is from 10 years ago… Was this update a regression? Could you at least give us some gifts? When this kind of issue happened, you were still generous. How many stars will I lose until this issue is fixed?

Same. Worst part is far into a game and getting a lot of my quests/dailies done but then don’t get credit for them after the disconnect. Had to play priest 6 times to get credit for playing it three times for daily quest, etc.

It seems regular Hearthstone might have cleared up, but I had a mercenaries crash as well. I was against a pirate team during a Prince Malchezaar bounty. Everything froze at the end of the round.
Update: It seems like I’m finally able to get back into the game now. THe bounty is set to just before the battle, but if I hit it and click play, it pops up an error box that says “There was an error starting your game. Please wait a few minutes and try again.”

Dear Blizzard Support Team,
I am writing to report a persistent and frustrating issue I’ve been experiencing with Hearthstone’s Mercenaries game mode. For the past six hours, I have been unable to play Mercenaries on both my PC and mobile devices due to frequent disconnections and error messages.
The primary issues I encounter are:
- “Disconnected from previous game. Reconnecting…” which cycles repeatedly, preventing me from entering or staying in a game.
- “An error occurred while starting the game. Please try again later.” which appears when attempting to launch a Mercenaries bounty.
This problem occurs consistently, regardless of whether I’m playing on my PC or mobile device. I’ve also confirmed that this issue is happening specifically on the Asia server. I have already tried reinstalling the game, but the issue persists.
I primarily play with a Fire deck in Mercenaries, and my goal is to progress and obtain loot, but these technical difficulties are preventing me from doing so.
I suspect this issue may be related to a recent patch or announcement concerning the upcoming November expansion, as these problems started occurring shortly after that update.
Could you please investigate this matter and provide a solution? Any guidance on how to resolve these persistent connection and game-starting errors would be greatly appreciated.

They’ve closed the Mercenaries mode temporarily until they get a fix next week.
You may still train your mercenaries using the training ground however. That’s what I’ll do. (I still have plenty of merc that are not max lvl so)

Every other Hearthstone wild hand that I play shuts down out of nowhere and then reloads. If I am lucky, it will reload and go back to the same hand before my turn runs out, but most of the time I’m not that lucky and this is ridiculous. I love this game, but this definitely needs to be fixed and soon.
Same problem here, keeps happening since a few days ago. Getting disconnected in the middle of matches with the game freezing. Have to quickly close the app and restart and HOPEFULLY (50% chances or so) return in time.
On an iPad (not new but not even 10 years old) you can’t even start the game because the game crashes.

On iPad, cannot start game, stuck in lobby and crashes before next screen loads
