I am brand new to Hearthstone and enjoy playing. I was happy to see that there were a few gifts that came from other Blizzard purchases. One of those items is a 6 pack of cards, only available when you reach level 25. I have since past that mark on my mage and the packs are still not available. I’ve sent 2 separate inquiries to tech support, but with no success. I hope to possibly get this resolved here…
Are you saying you can’t claim the gift packs?
Are you saying that you claimed them, but they didn’t appear inside the game?
Are you saying that they’re waiting to be opened in the game, but somehow you can’t open them?
You must be mistaken. There is no such things in this game.
Do you mean a reward when you reach Rank 25? When you start at Rank 50 for ranked play, and make it all the way to rank 25, you should receive:
Upon graduating up to Rank 25, earn 2 Classic card packs, and 2 packs each of the most recent four Hearthstone expansions.

Now, you mentioned “level”, not rank, and also point out that your mage reached that milestone. I think you are confusing the two, and your rank is unique to you in the region you play, you do not get a rank for each class.

I have the same question. I want to purchase card packs for “Whispers of the Old Gods”, which is Wild Format. The pack selection on https://us.shop.battle.net/en-us/product/hearthstone-old-gods says “Requires Rank 25 or better to open and cannot be used in Standard”. Does the reference to “Rank 25” mean my current level in Ranked Play? If not, what does it mean? I don’t want to purchase packs that I can’t open because I’m not high enough on the ladder.
it means you have to finish the apprentice ranks, it says rank 25 beacuse they just havent updated the old text
