I am also expiriencing similar issue while using Windows on the Americas server. I have reported to blizzard and I got the generic response to reboot my computer and chek my internet even though i disclosed that it’s not my computer/ internet and this became a problem after the new patch. I reinstated that it’s not my PC/ internet and they closed my ticket. What a shame blizzard. I am a battle grounds season pass holder and I am just asking for them to see what is going on so they can fix the problem.
