I just played a match against a priest. On turn 2 he played Dirty rat (which he clealry regrets) and pulls hamm out of my hand on onto the board. At the end of my third turn Hamm eats Yogg. (yummy). However, at the end of turn 4, Hamm did not consume a minon in my opponents deck. And you can see that the stats on hamm do not increase by 2+/2+ which happens each time he does consume a minon.
One might say, that’s becuase there’s no minons in his deck left to consume, very unlikely considering it’s turn 3. So I pulled up Hsreply and counted the minons in his deck, he had 16 minons in his starting deck.
There are a total of 7 cards in his hand, he only played the dirty rat which accounts for 8 and yogg 9, assuming that all the cards in his hand are minons. WHich means there should have been 7 minons left in his deck and one should have been consumed at the end of turn 4 which did not happen.

HSReplay did not know what cards were in the opponent’s deck. How could it??
On the replay screen, if you mouseover the question mark in your opponent’s deck, it specifically says:
Predicted deck.
Based on cards seen, this is the most likely deck that was played.
So, HSReplay was only guessing what cards were in your opponent’s deck. And it guessed wrong.
The deck had no other minions. There is no bug.
I will never understand why people trust a third-party tool more than the actual game.

I had a moment in a game today where Hamm didn’t eat a minion at the end of a turn. I thought it was a bug, but realized the opponent only had two cards left, and had to go back and read that it definitely says “eat a minion” and not just a card in general before I realized what happened. Based on that kind of behavior, I’d guess there weren’t other minions to eat, as shuteye says.
Shuteye, the only thing you ever do is tell me that I’m wrong. Every single time. No matter what it is. Even when the proof is put right in front of you. It is amazing, absolutely amazing. But you know what… you don’t work for blizzard, you don’t fix bugs, because if you did, you probably wouldn’t fix anything since you always claim there is not bug.
Hsreply recorded my opponents deck, You can expand the deck and you count the minions for yourself. He was playing Highlander Priest.
Do you realize what your saying btw? What your trying to tell me is that this priest player only had 2 minions in his deck, Dirty Rat and Yogg,. and ran with 28 spells? Have you ever come across a priest player with only 2 minions in his deck?
Lets say, for argument sakes, this person did have 28 spells in his deck (which he didn’t) why on earth would he concede on turn 4 to taunt minion who’s job is to eat minions in your opponent’s deck if all he had left were spells? I don’t know about you, but that makes no sense to me. A priest is not a mage, the type of spells they have are not damaged based.
So yes, as much as you want to say there was no bug… there clearly was a bug. Is right there in the replay for all to see. If you don’t want to believe it, that’s a you thing, and it really doesn’t matter if you believe it or not, you’re not the one that fixes it.
Here’s was his deck…

so after it eats nothing, the priest says, oh crap, this is the wrong deck and concedes, because they saw they had no other minions in deck, so clearly they chose the wrong deck
ive done this a hundred times
It’s a good thing you also don’t work for blizzard.
Just another gas lighter.
you posted an assumption based on missing information
i did the same thing
you have zero evidence that they had more than 2 minions
our blue will say the exact same thing
they hardly show up, but i can bet you they will say the same thing

The funny thing is… every time I would say sometihng on the bug forums and I didn’t add the repaly. THe first thing that anyone would ask me… Do you have a repaly? And would insist that I just remembed the play incorrectly.
And then when there’ s a repaly when the data is right there, players stil love to claim that they are right and the person reporting the bug is wrong.
I would encourage you to reach out to hsreplay and ask them how if the decks they show are accurate. I have.
So based on the data… that I have provided, there was a bug.
You can choose to also ignore the facts and believe it wasn’t a bug… but that’s a you thing and I really could care less. Because at the end of the day, you’re not the one that fixes the bugs.
they have 2 minions in their deck

I call 'em like I see 'em.
No it did not. It recorded the cards that were played, and it guessed at the rest. The tooltip on the question mark literally says that.
How would it know the rest of the cards in the deck? The addon runs only on your computer. It can only see what you see.
Maybe his whole deck is built around playing yogg, and then copying/resurrecting it?

Well, yeah, you need to understand what hsreplay shows you. Within the list, the colored cards are the ones it actually saw, Dirty Rat, Holy Nova and Yogg-Saron Unleashed. That part is accurate. The grayed out cards are the ones it is guessing at, to give you an idea what you might have been playing against, it’s the most popular deck containing Dirty Rat, Holy Nova and Yogg-Saron Unleashed. It can’t really know about those, if it could that would be considered cheating.
If your hsreplay had shown another minion getting seen after Hamm whiffed, that would have been something worth investigating further. Going by the hsreplay provided there’s no reason to believe there were more than two minions in the deck.
