Unsure if intentional, but groovy cat buffs the Artanis hero power and does not show on the UI when hovering the hero power, but still provides the buffed attack to the hero and minion.
Intentional. It was in patch notes.

Oh ok, so the power does get buffed, but they haven’t fixed that it shows the buff. Thanks 
that does not say that the buff of the minion is inteded. it should just buff the damage given to the hero. so this is still bugged
