Grand Magister Rommath does not cast each spell you have played in the game.
for example he doesnt cast my 8 mana “arcan defenders”, or 9 mana card “rune of the archmage”, or 10 mana card “drakefire amulet”.
it also should be noted that i am playing the game in “german language” and the german text of the card says
,Wirkt alle Zauber erneut die Ihr in diesem Spiel gewirkt habt und die nicht zu Spielbeginn in Eurem Deck waren"
its literally means “recast every spell you have played in the game AND the ones wich was not part of your deck when you started the game”
so, is it a Card bug or is it caused by wrong description of the original english text?
English text is recast each spell you’ve cast this game that didn’t start in your deck. So german translation is incorrect.

My German is a bit rusty, but I think you are translating it wrong.
If you translate it as it’s written, it says “recast every spell that you casted and that weren’t in your deck at the start”. So, your emphasis on the word “AND” is incorrect, since it doesn’t describe two seperate effects, but two conditions the effect must fulfill (which is why both conditions start with “die”).
Also, to ensure my translation was correct I turned to Google Translate and the translation is “Recasts any spells you cast this game that weren’t in your deck when the game started”, so I take it the translation is indeed correct, just your interpretation is wrong.
