Goldwing minion cannot attack after playing Annoying fan

Hello,

I just played ranked game with paladin.

I dropped goldwing minion and then merged it with bronze gatekeeper magnetic. Next turn I played annoying fan targeting an enemy minion and I noticed that me goldwing could not attack. Another turn later I played another annoying fan and same happened.

Is this a known bug?

Are you sure you didnt target your own minion by mistake?

Yes I am sure. It also happened twice.
