Golden Legendary

Its so nice to open up a few wild packs and recieving a golden legendary which is part of the core set. I know common legendary and golden dont count as the same but still, this made my day.

That is just unlucky for now. But duplicate protection does not include core set cards I think. Because technically, you do not own core set cards, you only possess them temporarily.

Duplicate protection considers golden and non golden cards though. You will not receive a golden version of a legendary card if you own the non golden version (except when you owned each legendary from wild at some point).

(I hope this was your point )

Mhhh i owned the normal version of Tirion and got the golden one…regarding what you said that shouldnt happen ? Nah i dont own all wild cards.

The collectible Tirion you got can be used in Classic mode as well, while the Core Set version cannot.

It depends. I assume you have the Core Set version of Tirion which means you could still get him from wild packs.

Like Jonius said: try to use the non golden Tirion in classic. If it does not work, you have the core set version (I was not aware of that until now, thanks for the information).

I have a guide on “What to do with your Classic cards” which has useful information:

I actually don’t mind control paladin in classic, but I don’t see anyone else play it very often. I am almost up to 500 wins with paladin now and most of them would be from classic. I played a lot of shockadin because I got golden Mukla, someone made me realize that I probably hit the pity timer with that golden legendary, I’ve never actually gotten another golden legendary from a pack before. I’ve opened like maybe 1000’s of packs now so I’d consider any golden legendary pull to be good luck.
