I get lots of gold coins for completing quest. But you can do NOTHING with them because EVERYTHING cost ruins. Pick one, either ruins or gold coin. Or at the very least be able to exchange gold coins for ruins.
You can buy card packs with gold coins, they don’t require runestones if you don’t have them.
If you select a card pack the first option at the top of the screen let’s you spend gold for packs. You can also buy several packs at once if you click on the “+” button.
