Glinda Crowskin is bugged

I am not completely sure if it is a bug or just bad mechanics.
But when i go to the lenghts to reduce a minion to cost 1. Then throw down Glinda to Echo the Minion. Then it should stay as 1 cost. Not jump back to its original cost. That just makes Glinda Crowskin useless.
Please do fix it

I don’t think this is a bug. It copies the base minion, without buffs.
