You shouldn’t hand over medical diagnoses based on internet-text either. You have no clue what psychological state they have; they are not necessarily sick at all; they might just have common childhood traits since you don’t even know what age they have (especially true for gaming forums).
What we do know is that most of that nonsense is a cop out; not wanting to admit being wrong on-topic and start going off topic about personality traits; it’s a glorified ad hominem with extra steps.
