Game froze, left to reset and it gave me the loss

Was one win away from D7, opponent was one move from death on my next turn. Game froze, left and came back but it gave me the loss…

  • [Edited 10/30] [General] The team is investigating reports of the reconnect sometimes not working as expected and instead leading to concessions. Reports are indicating that closing the client by pressing alt-f4 or the close button in the corner (or swiping the app away on mobile) work fine and that the issue is ONLY when closing the client by pressing Escape or clicking the Gear button to go to the quit button.

Maybe focus on fixing the freezing problem that has been there for years rather than fixing reconnecting? What the hell are those priorities? Didn’t the Diamond Rag portrait profit as much as you needed to actually care about the game?

Hi, same here : game freezes and when i quit and come back i lost the game…
It’s now 3 looses in 4 days… I will try next to close by alt-f4 or by the corner but i agree about working on the freezing problem

Same issue, game just disconnects randomly during an opponent’s turn. Often it’s also impossible to understand that disconnect happened because the game doesn’t show anything, you can think that the other player just thinks too long, but then your turn never comes and it’s too late to reconnect. Quitting via “Quit” button doesn’t reconnect and gives you a loss. Fix this already!
