Hi, I’ve been having a major uptick in the game crashing recently. I’ve reinstalled, scanned and repaired, but many of my games end in the game lagging, crashing, then when I restart the game I’m back at the menu since it considers my lagging out conceding. How can I fix this?
Edit: Sometimes, it appears that my opponent isn’t doing anything, when actually they’ve taken their turn and are waiting for me to go (on my side it’s as if nothing is happening and the rope is not appearing).
Same, game freezes and no reconnect pop up happens. I usually am able to exit in time and open the app to reconnect but just counts as loss in arena everytime. It just happens mid game where I’m not doing anything but playing, eg. no swiping out of the app nor pressing menu button. Extremely frustrating.
Hearthstone mobile on Iphone 13pro has been near completely unusable! I’ve deleted and re installed.
It continues to disconnect from the server. Kicked out from the tavern. During mid battle it’ll stop continuing forward. Completely miserable experience.
I just had this happen again too. It seems to happen everyday and when playing Battlegrounds since the update I have not reconnected once. It just drops me out of the game. Not a very fun experience.
I have similar problem
I play “Battleground” mode, it often freezes when selecting characters and when changing turns when exiting and re-entering, it skips that turn without me knowing what happened or sometimes skips two turns.
I play on PC, please fix it
I don’t have this problem on mobile.
