after I restarted computer, it worked fine

I am getting the same issue, nothing I tried works. Reinstalling Hearthstone and Battlenet, scanning and repair, disabling startup apps.

I managed to fix it with the help of ChatGPT. I had to rebuild the translation cache of Rosetta.

Ran this command thru Terminal
sudo rm -rf /Library/Apple/System/Library/PrelinkedKernels/prelinkedkernel
sudo touch /Library/Apple/System/Library/PrelinkedKernels
sudo reboot
