After the last update, Hearthstone started shut down. In the battle itself, the picture may suddenly freeze and the game crashes. And it’s impossible to create a new deck, because when you click on “Collections” you are also thrown out of the game. Reinstalling did not help, can you tell me how to fix it?

I am experiencing the same problem. I have tried several ways to fix and nothing.
