Because itās generally not the community, itās a certain group of posters who get to run rampant around the forums to troll, harass, and violate coc with impunity (including supposedly āfinal warningā level offenses).
Note the names of these posters, and whenever an issue with the game comes up: they will appear to engage in the very activity you and I are talking about, they will upvote each other for it, and rinse and repeat on every thread where these issues with the game are discussed.
Thatās not even remotely legal. Nothing in the tos says there is tiered access, and they could be sued and hit with massive penalties in the countries they operate in for doing that under the table.

long queue times can be caused by connection problems why do you think some have posted their got a message telling them the match couldnt start because the opponent couldnt connect
america HS servers had issues several times over the last few months we know this becuase players being unable to play for a while but only when trying to play on america servers and this was posted about here and over reddit around the same time
when you posted i searched reddit and here for connection problems like that one and didnt find anything like it
you really expect us to believe your phone can somehow detect how many players are matchmaking ? remember your claimed the reason for your long queue wasnt a connection problem you claimed it the game is ādesertedā and now you claim your phone can tell you that?

for years, and actiblizz likes to blames their server instability on comcast (even if you live nowhere near a comcast service area), swamp gas from venus reflecting off of a weather balloon from area 51, the conjunction of the spheres (even though we donāt live anywhere near The Northern Kingdoms), and anything in the multiverse EXCEPT the fact they donāt spend nearly enough of the billions they rake in each year on upgrading and maintaining their server infrastructure.
Long que times are an indicator of a gameās player population. Just ask any wow player (ones not a counterpart for the pro company posters here) since they decided to kill off the game back in wod, and que times have gotten increasingly worse, even if you are a tank or healer.
The pro company spin is unreal.
