The galakrond invoke bug with reshuffle was supposed to be fixed, but the same bug appears when you discard galakrond with expired merchant. It will lose invokees if at 1 or 3 invokes. This part of the bug was not fixed.
Expired Merchant doesn’t shuffle anything, it discards cards.
Uhm, ye the my post literally says that. I am saying that same bug appears when discarding as when reshuffeling. I see no logic in why just one should be fixed.
losing 1 invoke when getting shuffled into the deck wasnt a bug, its how every buff in the game works. they changed that interaction specifically for galakrond with the new patch. note that they specifically stated in the patch notes that it no longer loses its invoke when shuffled into the deck
