I copied the warlock titan with the funhouse mirror and then tried to use its twisting nether ability. It didn’t activate it just removed an icon from below its avatar like.
All other minions remained on the field.
This likely cost me my arena match…
This is not a bug. Sargeras needs the portal for his abilities to work and it needs to be on the side of the controling player.
Without the portal his abilities do nothing which they did in your case.

Seems like these cards need some rewording
“Send all other minions into the twisting nether” should be “Send all other minions into a twisting nether you control” or something along those lines.
Ask yourself how you expect the other abilities of Sargeras to work when you steal him ?
Do you expect that the Sargeras on your board will buff imps summoned by the ennemy twisting nether and summon 6/6s for your opponent ?
Because that’s what it was doing when released, at a time when you could also send all minions in the twisting nether from a stolen Sargeras
Looks like it was more of a problem when the abilities where helping your opponent, than now where it just blanks
But yes it could use some rewording like “Send all other minions into your twisting nether"
Honestly by the way it is worded and the way all other titans work, I would expect 6/6 demons to summon for me as well. It is not clear at all that these require an owned location to work
The twisting nether is summoning minions on its side.
It will keep on summoning imps for your opponents
Legion invasion would obviously buff the demons summoned from the twisting nether for your opponent
The infero ability explicitely indicates that the infernos are summoned from the twisting nether
If the twisting nether summons imps for your opponent, if you make it summon infernos there’s no reason that they’d suddenly change board, since all of Sargeras abilities apply to the portal and not to himself.
Expecting the infernos to be summoned on your side while the other 2 abilities still work for your opponent would be expecting inconsistency between the effects
