Full dust refund doesn't work for changed cards

Hi,

after 20.0.2 Patch standard balance update i don’t get full dust refund option for the cards that you changed with patch (Deck of Lunacy, Sword of the Fallen, Jandice Barov, Pen Flinger, Far Watch Post, Mor’shan Watch Post).
In the patch it states that: “Craftable cards above will be eligible for a full dust refund for 2 weeks after the 20.0.2 patch goes live.”
The patch went live april 13 (yesterday) and well the 2 weeks haven’t passed yet, so please let me have option for full dust refund.

Thank you and hope you find solution to my problem,

kind regards,

SilenStorm

It should go away after you restart your client. I experienced the same issue on PC but it fixed itself. I assume it has to do with the connection being severed because I constantly get disconnected from Battle.net due to my garbage router.

Hi, from mobile (Android) same problem, if I relog o restart the client I don’t receive full dust

Hi. After the nerf of the watch towers i recently disenchanted my golden Kargal Battlescar legendary, but i just got 1600 dust refunded. Shouldnt this refund amount be higher when the power level of the card itself gets so affected of the nerfs?

No. Kargal Battlescar was not changed.
Only cards that are changed (to a generally lower level) are considered nerfed and qualify for full dust refund.

It hasn’t been two weeks since the nerfs and the nerfed cards still aren’t giving full dust. Can we get a word on this? If I dust my Kargal now will I get the extra 1200 dust at some point or should I wait?

Kargal Battlescar wasn’t changed. Just like BigHugger posted RIGHT ABOVE YOU!
