Frost Lich Jaina disappeared from deck and collection

I have a wild deck with Frost Lich Jaina which card I own since knights of the frozen throne set. This deck was made some time before the latest pack was released - and yes I am a returning player (not sure for how long though). So after update 25.0.3 this deck showed a lot of missing cards i.e. coldwraith. While most of them I removed them and added them again Frost Lich Jaina was gone forever.
I talked with customer support and they told me to report a bug - which is such a disappointment. It seems like there is no cs at all.
So here I am asking you to help me solve what CS is supposed to solve, finding a way to get my card back to my collection without paying 1600 dust again. As far as I have seen this has happened to other players as well so at least I am not alone.
Thanks for reading.

Discalimer: I had to repost this as I edit my original post to add two links to images and it got obliterated by akismet. Which makes this even more absurd as how can I support my claim if I can not post some proof?

bro mine is gone too

so when you go into wild in you collection, you go to knights of the frozen throne, and you go to mage, and you then scroll to the last page, the 9 mana hero card is not there?

Note that some cards from the Knights of the Frozen Throne (KotFT) expansion were temporarily added to the Core Set. These have been removed. If you owned them prior to this, they’ll be found in the Wild Set or the KotFT Set.

Remember; players do not own any cards in the Core Set. They are “on loan” so that all players have a core set of cards with which to build decks. These set of cards can be changed, added, and removed at any time.

You might own a copy of cards found in the Core set, these will be found under the Wild or Classic filter.

I have this card since KotFT. My deck is wild so it should appear anyway in the mage cards but it’s not. Obviously your approach did not make any difference, I still need to craft a card that I got from a pack I paid.

prove it if you can, i doubt you can
