Unplayable minions due to Freezing Trap has been reported and is a Known issue.
Help by searching first before posting to reduce duplicate issue threads.
There is a possible workaround:
I just wanted to add that I have been having this issue with any card whose cost increases in my hand. For example, I could not play any spells after my opponent played Cult Neophyte. Good to know about the workaround for now
