Every time I try to log in the game freezes at the first screen. I just updated it for the event.

I have the same problem.
I am on mobile.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled the game several times and cleared the cache. And restarted the phone.
I typically get one use out of the game after reinstall, but when I restart the app/client, it freezes up again on the loading screen.

That would have been my advice because this happend to me several times as well. I updated the game and then it always freezes at the first screen. After deleting and installing it again this was fixed for me. Iām not sure what would be helpful in your case.

I think it has to do with the packs we received from the twitch drops.
It was working fine for me with the earlier drops packs until I received the whizbang pack drops.
Reinstalling and clearing cache has not worked

I am experiencing the same issue on my android phone and I attempted the same remedies. I read online that signing on to the game by computer to clear out the pop-ups for card packs and card changes, and then going back to the phone may fix it. I will try that tonight.
