They added a ‘?’ on the screen where you select your deck where ypu can play the tutorial. If you do the first match and then skip, you get a quest chain for 10+ packs and an epic and legendary card. Not exact, just trying to remember. Zeddy made a video on it before it was removed

Devs actually commented on that thread… the issue wasn’t the free packs (that’s a quote from the devs, btw) the issue was the replay of the quests was breaking other parts of the game library and causing major issues.
Yes I’m sure it wasn’t the free stuff, so in return they will credit all players who didn’t get the quest again a free gift of 1600 dust to equalize everyone.
