Free Deck, reach level 10 on all classes?

I recently was informed that me as a new heartstone player will be offered to pick a free deck as i start my journey. Ive done all my basic quests bur still has not recived any offer regarding a free deck.

I still hasnt reached level 10 on all of my classes do i need to reach level 10 on all my classes to get this offer?

My man, you need to go from rank 50>1 and graduate from the new player ranks which will then offer you a free deck. As of right now i would select rogue/mage if you are looking to play competitively.

New Player Ranks are Rank 40-1 now (since April 1).
But yes, you need to graduate from the New Player Ranks and reach Bronze 10 to get your free deck.
