Free deck for returning player missing

I haven’t logged into the game since Apr 26, however when I logged in today after Patch 19.0 I was not prompted with the decision to choose a free deck for returning players. Wondering if this related with the revamp of progression.

Also, not sure if related but:
I was prompted with the Return of the Hero quest for 3 packs, but there was no trace of it in either the quest window nor the pack window.

Exactly. I didn’t get the questline in the quests tab even though it showed up upon log-in. Also, I think the new patch states that the questline doesn’t have to be completed to get the free deck.

Same story here, even that Return of Hero popped up, but Support told me that they had some reports of that(probably even with non-returning players).
