i dont get the free deck. how can i get it ? is there a any rank limit or something ?
Starting March 26th, players new to the game who graduate from the New Player ranks will get a free deck from a class of their choice, built with cards from the Year of the Dragon! This also applies to players who haven’t logged into the game in the past four months*.
*Free deck only available to players who have not logged into Hearthstone in the past 4 months beginning on March 17, 2020. Limit one per account.
Does any of this clarify anything for you? Once you’ve reached rank 25 you’re out of the new player ranks.

Two questions have does I
- If you’re an existing player but swap servers, eg:// originally playing on a europe server but select American. Will this allow you to receive the free deck as it looks like I am starting over when I do this?
- If you skip to rank 25 using the Misc button in the settings menu will this allow you to receive your free deck?
