FLamewaker 20 damage to face in one single turn at turn 5

Blizzard want to explain how this is balanced? Mage playing 10+ cards and doing 20 burst face damage by turn 5??? Is this joke? Am I supposed to be laughing because it is NOT FUNNY! Please fix your game!!!

30 health to 10 and even when I somehow address their flamewaker+apprentice combo next turn they put another flamewaker that they drew, and ALSO took out a kobold monk that I specifically put in this deck to avoid all this face damage from magess!?!?!?!?!!?!? WTF HELLO BLIZZARD!!?!?!? BALANCE TEAM?!?!?!?! YOU THERE!?!?!?

its wild, its not meant to be balanced

try dirty rat after making a small board presence…then again…you will face decks much worse the deeper in you go

Only 20 damage? What a bad mage player: I once died while at full health and 15+ health on board, on turn 5

I finally met one of these decks in Wild while completing quests. Turn 6 and they melted my face for everything I had (30 health + 16 armor) without spending more than 2 mana the entire turn. I had managed to get them to 6 health remaining, but just not enough.

Also found a Pirate Warrior and managed to not only remove Cap’n Rokara from their hand, but first I copied it from their hand and played it. Never seen a Warrior concede as fast as they did. It was a random Shadow Priest deck that I put together in under a minute to complete the “Play 10 Shadow Spells” daily quest. It has no game plan. I didn’t spend any time trying to create any sort of synergy or anything. Just a bunch of shadow spells, some cheap creatures and Darkbishop Benedictus.

I feel like there should be a limit on the amount of cards you’re allowed to generate in a single turn, this is the only way I see this being fixed, that or nerfing apprentice.

They did balance it. It got 2 non Legendary cards nerfed.

It loses most games now, so only a few people play it.

The power level of Wild is significantly higher than that.

no time for balanced, must invent next OP legendary cards whyt need all for more money…

If you look at most decks, it’s usually Commons, Rares and Epics that perform the best. For Quest based decks the only high performing Legendary is usually the Quest itself.

Of course, both bad and new players often go “It has orange gem, it must be the most broken card in the deck that just beat me”.
