What the hell is happening with this game? Lag, random disconnects, crashes, every 10 games.

well, it isnt crashing on pc (windows ) or android
keeping info about the bug a secret wont help them fix it

I don’t think the issues are limited to me, its a general issue, i’ve seen it manifesting on streams and my irl friends when we play.
The client quality went down hill for a while now.

the client works fine for most of us the one recurring complain ive seen lately is crashes while using a tracker
no idea why you refuse to give any details , something similar happend with another poster who after months of complaining finally checked the system requeriments and found out blizzard increased them a year ago and his device no longer mets the minimum requeriments …
Listen guy, this post is not about my issues per say… these are already known, the HS team is already aware and so on.
My rant is about urgency, or the lack of it. Its like their priorities are anything but fixing the client, which is unacceptable.

It is absolutely crashing on PC (windows) and Android. How in the hell can it be a secret? They don’t have logs? I’m required to let them know every time their game crashes? I would be on the forum ten hours a day. This game is absurdly garbage. It has gone from somewhat playable to completely broken.
The dev’s are too busy scheming up the next cash grab pay to win card sets–that are no longer fully achieveable with gameplay alone–to be worried about things like crashes happening so often, players can’t tell if it’s them or the other person, so you just sit there and hope your game restarts because if you restart yourself and you are wrong about who is crashing, well you just forfeited that match. Great, solid game. If only some of the money could be put into paying a few game testers salaries so it isn’t a requirement of the player base to test your game then we might actually get to play a version that works and it might actually be enjoyable again.

OP didnt describe the bug at all most people here explain on their OP how it happened and on what so OP is keeping whatever bug he found a secret
i dont like that because i check the bug forums to find out about bugs to avoid triggering them
for example when alextrassa was causing crashes if played after azerite snake i stopped running alex in my decks
i play on windows iwthout any crashes the main difference i noticed is i dont have a decktracker installed and several comented to have been using one when the game crashed
same when i read reports of a card causing crashes on BG i stopped playing that card
i try to avoid crashing the game or causing other people game to crash so posts like OP are useless !
i ve read most crashes people posted about happened while playing BG i play BG but not that much so maybe there is a trinket causing problems or a hero i havnet played with yet
going by skizzy post …you are a liar because on his post we learn they are trying to fix it in the patch comming next week
and you claim they arent …

It sure as heck has happened to me. It crashes on my iPad every time. I literally can’t make in-store purchases; it crashes frequently when flipping through my library; and more recently it’s begun happening near the end of a long match. (Especially frustrating in Battlegrounds.)
I’ve reported this multiple times. No response; no indication in the patch notes that they’re even aware of it.
I’m not asking for anything other than “we see you, and we’re looking into it.”
