Matchmaking refuses to put me in a game. Due to the fact that I have not played in years. Just let me play ladder I was legend at one point. If no one is available in bronze bump my mmr to silver or gold. I should not have to sit waiting for a match for over 8 mins.

That’s a very surprising problem. Is it a side effect of removing Blizzard bots? Is it the same on the EU server?
If you have to wait that long and you aren’t in the top 10 it means you need to restart the client.
