Summoning a taunt minion with the summoning ability does not trigger the warrior card, Fire Plume’s Heart.
Which minion did you summon?

Quest says to Play taunt minions. If you summon them (other than by playing them) that does not count.
Playing a taunt means you played a minion card with Taunt. It does not mean playing a spell, or a non-taunt minion that results in a taunt being summoned.
I’m not sure, but if the minion gains taunt only as a result of a battlecry, I believe that it also does not count.
Right. Only cards with “taunt” keyword moving from hand to table are counted.
