Extra Mana Cost (DUE TO NERF!)

Play: Skull of Gul’dan [6] from left in hand (Outcast)
Draw (x3):

  1. Crimson Sigil Runner (was [1] - new cost: [0])
  2. Eye Beam (was [3] - new cost: [0])
  3. Sightless Watcher (was [2] - new cost: [0])

Play: Sightless Watcher [0]
Eye Beam becomes the rightmost card.
Cost is changed from [0] to [1] due to hotfix outcast rule.
For now, if Eye Beam is discounted by Skull of Gul’dan, don’t play it as Outcast (until hotfix)

To reiterate (TL;DR):

No Outcast: free.
Outcast: not free.

Please fix this asap :slight_smile:
Also, Twin Slice should cost [1] imho

Weird consequence but correct. An ongoing cost modifier that a card applies to itself in the hand is applied after all other cost modifiers. They should probably change the card to “Costs 2 less” instead of “Costs 1” to avoid this interaction.
