Not sure if this is possible. Can you export your collection onto the HS website so that you can create a deck using the deck building. Then import the deck created back into your account.
The deck creation on HS website is really good but you are selecting from all cards in the collection and not those cards that you posses in your collection.
There should be a code that you can transfer over either automatically through HS web or Battlenet or copy paste a code. Creating a deck using the ingame feature is not fun at all.
The website mainly doesn’t connect to your cards so they can do things such as theory crafting and etc before cards are even in the game, if you want with HSReplay, if you login with your blizzard account they’ll save your collection and show what buildable and how much dust you need for decks.
But there might be some reason on the game API and etc on why you can’t do it that way or if it was it’ll refresh after a X time line. But it could cause problem also like if you using the site and dust a card and glitches to say you still have it. We don’t know the “reason” on why they haven’t done it yet, but you can see what card you have and need for most “netdecks” with like HSReplay.
