I had a run with Rogue on Chapter 1 where the first treasure I received was Expedite it gave the 1 mana minion discount for the first 5 boss wins the 3rd Treasure options were Cloak Of Invisibility and Expedite . Cloak Of Invisibility was my pick. The next boss the discount wasnt there any more I have a screenshot showing the passive treasures and my non-discounted hand.
