Existing hearthstone account on new mobile device

Hello i have problems on my android. Newly installed game with existing account of mine.
After pairing it says We found an existing game on your Battle.net Account.

What to do? i deleted my backup files on google drive and its not fixed.
Pls help

Here is full problem… Start game on android mobile. Settings → Log In → Chrome open new window with log in info. I input correct email + password.Welcome back message Klejak → Continue → Account Detected (Klejak with status HS played) → switch accounts to continue playing. Nothing happend.
After device restarts its similiar progress → chrome log in with different progress. Connect my games - Hearthstone >3months ago. Klejak games already on account. I tap on Continue. Connect Games? This action will permanently connect your games to your battle.net account… Yes connect… Working… New notification → “One More Thing…” Before we connect your games, please fix the following items: We found an existing game on your battle.net account. Your accounts cant be connected due to conflicting game accounts…

Its everything what i have. I dont know what to do to connect this account on this mobile. several years ago i played same account on different phone. combined with desktop game. Now i dont know how to get into my old account

Same problem here. Can’t play on my account, but another (guest?) account has appeared. How do I get rid of the new account and get my own back?

Same here, new phone old account, I mange to log in but: account dected but i can not chose it, it tell me to switch accounts to continue playing…

Hi there, same problem for me, once that I log in I get into the “account detected” screen on the browser. No further action possible.

I downloaded it to my phone(trying to play on my ipad) and there can I log in and play on my account no problem…tried to log out completely(no log out button, wth blizzard) to see if there was some comflict or something with the phone and ipad. had to switch region and switch back to be logged out, i think, but no progress on the ipad…

Having the same issue on my iPhone. And the client has completely stopped working on my Mac (separate issue, also represented by a lot of comments here in the forums, from weeks back). What is going on at Blizzard?
