The Exarch Yrel paladin portrait says it should be earnable after purchasing the Great Dark Beyond Tavern Pass but it is not showing as a reward in the tavern pass.

can confirm visually that is what it says, but it would seem that its not correct
i assume its meant to be a shop skin, and someone put it in wrong
i found it, its in the shop right now
It was in the shop but I think when it meant earnable, it should’ve meant that you can earn it by buying the tavern pass and playing up to that certain level where the skin is earned. May have been a mistake on the developers’ part.
