The Exarch Yrel paladin portrait says it should be earnable after purchasing the Great Dark Beyond Tavern Pass but it is not showing as a reward in the tavern pass.

can confirm visually that is what it says, but it would seem that its not correct
i assume its meant to be a shop skin, and someone put it in wrong
