Rogues use Evocation, then Secret Passage and the Spells won´t disappear, they stay in their Hand for the Rest of the Game.
That´s clearly a Bug abuse.

No, it’s not a bug abuse. It’s an interesting interaction between the cards. If you know and understand the internals of the game, you know that this is how these cards interact.
If you still insist on reporting the player see How to Report Hacks/Exploits/Cheating - but since this is not a bug, the player isn’t exploiting a bug. Exploiting intended card interactions is allowed. So I suggest moving on and not wasting time on this.
