I actually think the current meta is in a pretty decent spot. Warlock might be a smidge too strong but every class has at least one deck that is worthy of being played. According to the most recent vS report, all 10 classes have a deck that’s at least tier 2 in Diamond.
Warlock has both the board- and curse-based variants of Implock, which are sitting at the top of the meta across most ranks (top 1k not so much as the meta is more hostile towards it).
Mage has a few builds of Spooky, including ping-focused and ones that are more all in on the skeleton package, Big Spell is decent and Secret Mage is finally looking playable since the patch.
Demon Hunter has 2 builds of Relic (Fel and Topple) and an Aggro list, all of which are playable for sure.
Rogue has a bunch of stuff that’s good right now. Miracle Rogue, Burgle Rogue, Shark Rogue and Mine Rogue give players who like the class tons of options.
Priest has the strongest deck in the current meta (Naga) and a few other options in Bless, Thief and Quest. The latter two are not very strong right now but are absolutely playable for those that enjoy them.
Druid is looking fairly weak but Ramp is still a great late game deck and Aggro has some really nice common matchups.
Hunter still has its Big Beast deck. The nerfs were fairly hard but it still performs well and feels very balanced now.
Paladin is in an experimental phase but the results are looking good for is Control list fore sure. The Pure builds don’t seem to be great but again, they are playable.
Shaman is a little stagnant but the “Control” (Midrange) list from before the patch is still fairly good. Shaman is in the same boat as Hunter right now. One very balanced deck.
Even Warrior has one good deck (Enrage) and one mediocre deck (Charge). Enrage Warrior isn’t the most exciting to play because its a board vomit feast or famine deck with very little decision making but it is far stronger than people give it credit for.
I get that people want Control Warrior to be a thing and it will be again, but it is one of those decks that tends to get cycled in and out of viability because when its good it tends to warp the meta to become extremely polarised. Late game decks are forced to out-greed the Warrior, Aggro decks become more popular take advantage of the greed, Warrior takes advantage of the aggro decks and you’re stuck playing glorified rock, paper, scissors.
