Enrage warrior is a blast

I tried it at legend today and it’s so powerful and fun to play. Gonna nake this months legend clikb with it. Not sure why all those warrior crybabies don’t wanna play this. Definitely not an mindless aggro deck.

Rifs are so fun and engaging to play!

I thought warrior was complete trash before but once I started playing enrage like 5 days ago I realized how strong it is. I think I have something crazy like a 31-7 record with it. The other warrior decks are still trash though.

Wild Pyro was the key inclusion for the deck, and the buffs to Thori’belore and Bridge/Verse Riff helped as well. It took a minute to catch attention because FoL Enrage is a completely different style than Nathria Enrage, which sucked to play even if it was tier 2. FoL Enrage is much more of a miracle-style deck that pools resources, which makes it more appealing to people who don’t like curvestone.

It’s also better at clearing boards than Control Warrior, and better at playing gigantic minions than BRnR thanks to Anima Extractor and whirlwinds. Which sucks, but is true.

I personally don’t enjoy playing it because I hate feeling like I’m at the mercy of my mulligan and Control Priest makes me want to throw my keyboard out the window.

Warrior isn’t the only class that feels this way about priest LMAO.

I’m actually surprised I see so few enrage warriors. It seems very solid. Like I think I see as many miracle rogues as enrage warriors and rogue is probably t2 or t3 right now she warrior probably t1

I think you need to go all the way to top 1k Legend for Enrage to get more popular than Control.

Which is saying a lot. People who want to play Warrior don’t want to play Enrage.

Lol my rating yoyos between about 100 to 3k constantly as I try new decks and refine builds, so I see a lot of pocket metas in legend. I can say with some confidence, I don’t see many enrage warriors, but then again I haven’t been playing much last few days as everything is DH, priest or dk

I think control priest is enough of a counter most people don’t want to play it much. This was what I predicted when I first saw the optimized lists being played, great looking deck but highly polarized match up spread no doubt.

Control priest is winnable. So is bdk. Overall the deck feels like it can deal with every type of deck.

The new jam session is a blast. I’m not so sure on roaring applause as it draws 1 card most of the time. Maybe I’ll ditch it for acolyte

Use it to climb to legendary first.
The most fierce meta is at Diamond, not legendary

This deck can get you to legend no problem. I think it can deal with every kind of feck be it aggro or control. It’s a really super strong and fun deck to play

Just get your weapon out and you’re golden. Control priest has no weapon removal and they can never play another minion ever again.

I don’t understand why warriors don’t do this. Some of them will even keep the weapon on board like idiots.

Priest has zero way to deal with a massive 15/20 weapon.

I’ve been forced to put weapon removal in my etc its getting so bad but even that doesn’t help much because I still take 1 hit minimum and their draw is 3x better than mine.

Right, that’s how you win, but playing up to that point is a slog. Assuming they don’t Dirty Rat the Remornia, which is painful. It’s simply not fun to face off against Control Priest, for me. Even if you win it’s a 20 minute grind fest while you watch them hover slowly over discover options.

30+ games against warrior and have yet to ever pull the weapon out with rat or get it via theotar.

Against other decks, they’ll just Finley it back in the deck and grab it later for more buffs. It’s gotta be the most frustrating card in warrior because once they play it, you’re not allowed to play another minion or you’re dead.

And that’s not counting the OTK that comes from Hellscream if you can get lucky enough to grab that or rat that.

Can’t tell if you’re talking about Enrage or BRnR, seems both. Regardless, I already know how to beat Control Priest with either version of Warrior.

Doesn’t change the fact that playing against Control Priest as either version of Warrior feels like total butt.

Yeah, talking about both. Trust me, from the other side as a control priest the games against warrior are ALL feel bad games. You’re both trying to just get lucky. You either get lucky and break the combo or you die to OTK.

Honestly, that’s how all games feel right now. It’s a blowout one way or the other. Aggro demolishes you or you lose to some massive board state.

Its been a great deck for a while i cimbed to legend with it right after VS wrote about it. Got told i was capping by the control warrior crowd.

PSA To warriors.

Yall complain about class identity but enrage warrior is the most “WARRIOR” like deck there is. Go play priest if you want a control deck.

I actually modefied the list into this:

Custom Warrior

2x (1) Foul Egg

2x (1) Sanguine Depths

2x (1) Sunfury Champion

2x (1) Verse Riff

2x (2) Frightened Flunky

To use this deck, copy it to your clipboard and create a new deck in Hearthstone

Removed roaring applause as this deck doesn’t really run so much tribes to justify playing it. 70% of the time it"s onna be 2 mana draw 1 which is terrible draw efficiency for the mana.

I put the Flunky instead as he is great tempo on turn 2 and gives you value.

Most of the time you don’t want to play anima extractor on turn 2 you wanan wait for the combo.

I also removed one pyromancer and acolyte of pain for the new 2 mana fire spell and it feels kinda amazing. It gives you a nice ealry board clear with sunfury champion too.

So the entire diamond 5 to legend meta seems to be warrior, mostly enrage but some menagerie.

I thought I’d share this with the forum, I initially thought control would destroy enrage but it’s pretty spotty. Works okay but it’s probably like 55 to 60 percent win rate.

I’ve found that drum druid annihilates enrage warrior. I think I’m like 8-0 vs enrage warriors. If you are struggling against this deck, you should try drum druid, it’s pretty much a hard counter it seems, they can’t deal with like 50 plus health on board turn 6.

Thaddius warlock can be a problem if they highroll with the slime.

I hit dimond 5 with this deck with a 65% winrate. Pretty good.

Very interesting to play because tgere are plenty of different plays you can do. Planning your pop off turns also very interesting

It is an expensive deck (one of them)
