Elemental Allies doesn't draw cards

I play elemental allies on turn 6 and on turn 8 although the quest is triggered it draws no cards.

The link starts at turn 6, when the quest is played.

However, to understand why the quest completion doesn’t draw card, you need to go back further and track the game from turn 1 until turn 8 (when the quest actually triggers).
You already drew a lot of cards. More specifically, by turn 8 you had already drawn all the spells from your deck. There were some cards left, but they were all minions.

(Note that hsreplay shows your deck but unfortunately does not show which part is still in the deck the way tools such as decktracker do so I had to track this by hand. I’m human so I might have made mistakes. But I don’t think I did.)
