Easier way to get Colossal

Why don’t they put colossals in the shop? I disenchanted the cards I didn’t want, and only got 430 in dust.

Because then it really would be pay to win.

Why not just charge $5 and let the player cheat by picking their next card? $20 to disconnect the opponent.

Don’t need to pay $20 when you can just play Nessie

it would be cool to see a “buy the new flavour of the expansion legendary (only 1)”.
Since they stopped gifting us the new flavour legendary (they used to gift us a new quest, a new hero and so on…), this would be a good compromise.

I would put the price at 1000 gold (not too high because it should be available to everyone)

They replaced that system with the Rewards Track Level 0 Legendary. And since that’s a Neutral Legendary you don’t have eg. a Warlock player logging in and getting a Shaman Legendary as their expansion freebie.

I see no problem with this suggestion. If the team is willing to put a diamond legendary in the shop, it wouldn’t be entirely out of the realm of possibility to sell specific legendary cards. This isn’t to mention that there’s also been specific mercenaries sold in the shop, too.

Can anyone spot any holes in this notion?

I know, I am saying it was cooler to have the new special legendary (quest, herocards, now colossal), instead of a generic one.
The hype from a new expansion comes from them, even if they are not meta; I would buy 1 at random for 1000 gold just to try this new mechanic.

There are many legendary cards, so I think they need to add more ways to obtain them (opening packs is too expansive, crafting is ok but spending gold can be an alternative solution)

The level 0 Freebie for Voyage does give you the option to try out every Colossal, you may obviously want to Dredge or play something like Finley, but it’s not locked to a class you may or may not have enough cards to build a decent deck for.
