I’ve played multiple runs attempting to unlock Hero Powers and Treasures, and the progress is completely frozen. I’ve played over 40 Dredge cards as Finley, about a hundred Neutral cards that cost 3 or less as Drek’Thar, and about 40 Honorable Kill cards as Drek’Thar. None of that progress is being counted towards my unlocks. This bug has been persisting for about a week now, since I’ve tried progressing these.

Hi , I got the Same Problem with Drekthar and Vandarr Heroepowers.
Tried to unlock the 3 or less Mana Heroepower forever and the Progress is Stuck at 22/60 , doesnt Matter how often i tried to unlock.

I’m having the same issue. No matter how many deathrattle minions, neutral minions over 4, etc. that I play the counters are not increasing. Please help.

Yeah, same here. I’ve been having issues with this for a couple of weeks or more. Made a ticket and was asked to post here on the forums instead.

Same problem here. I even bought and beat uldum hoping it would help. Got nothing from it for any hero’s in duels. Very frustrating

I got an update via the Support team:
I did some digging into this and found there were a few known problems with unlocking hero powers and treasures in the Duels game mode that are being worked on. There were some hotfixes pushed out recently to address them, but it seems that despite these hotfixes the issues are still ongoing as per the continuing forum reports from other players, so you are definitely not alone in experiencing this problem.
The devs are aware of this issue and are going to continue pushing out a fix for it.

I’ve had issues with this for quite awhile, kept thinking i’ll go to bug report tomorrow of course “tomorrow” started weeks + ago lol. Finally looked, would be awesome if this was taken care of quickly but as it’s been ongoing so long and they’ve known about it, it makes me wonder if they’ll fix it (insert sad face)

I have the same problem
This has been an ongoing problem since before the last update patch its patently obvious at this point they don’t really care about the format or are planning some form of hey buy all the unlock nonsense for $$$ really tired of the monetization w/o fixing basics.
Just weighing in so that the devs know it’s a consistent and widespread problem. It’s not fair to have to play opponents who have the unlocked cards or powers without having a chance to earn the same cards or powers because the devs aren’t fixing it. I almost exclusively play Duels now and would like it fixed or maybe that’s why they’re not fixing it because they’re trying to direct players to other areas?
