You have new duels requirements for # of darkmoon faire cards. You are not counting the new darkmoon set. That makes it extremely difficult to satisfy the requirements - actual I think it’s impossible because you want 150 cards yet the initial expansion only has 135.
Have you restarted the Hearthstone app since getting the mini-set cards, just in case it needs that refresh?
