I Started a Duels Run, it goes 6-2, but, i’ve lost the third game. So, the game crashed and, when i started the game again, i’ve got no rewards
I was just playing a run, i was at 11 wins, the game froze, i closed it and when i opened it again, my run was reseted and i didn’t get nothing, i didn’t lost either, i hope i get my rewards…
Similar thing happened to me, except I was on 12 wins and had just won, then my game froze and when I restarted my app, my run was reset to hero selection.
Same thing happened to me, 7-8 wins no reward, restarted run with no cost
I lost one game, then Hearthstone crashed.
When I returned, I only had 2 hearts instead Of 3. One red and the other one grey.
I was playing without problems and I got eliminated at 8 wins and the game crashed again. Now, I can’t start duels because It is bugged cuz It says that I’m not eliminated but I can’t play the match neither.
I had the same problem too. After 3 losses, the game crashed, I re-opened the game, found no rewards but a new run from the beginning. I just won two games so I am going to play the next one then.
