The “Duels” mode that previous game I didn’t finish => for 3 days on Pc and on the phone, every time I try to resume the game, it responds with a bug and forces me to restart the application. I am unable to finish or start another game.

Thats been happening in my game as well i click the resume button and it greys out and does nothing, its been like that for a week…havent been able to play duels at all since its been stuck 
If I had a nickel for every one of these stupid posts I’d never need to work another day of my life and still be able to spend $100 a day on packs.
Same for me its annoying because I only like Duels nowadays
Try this, it worked for me. Try clicking on the screen where the handle would be on the safe of the resume button worked the way it should.
